ESPN commenters continue to strike with biting sarcasm

Espn_commenterSee, the witty little maestro said ‘miracles do happen’ because the Braves apparently never win one-run games, well, not they never win one-run games but it almost feels that way this season for ‘ryc30078’!

It’s too bad this ESPN fan featured comment section appears to be getting worse by the second, kind of like a silent-but-deadly El Guapo burrito fart.  Might take a miracle to get rid of the stench (hey, oh!).

Now that’s some good stuff!

I think there is a danger in using the word, “miracle” too lightly.

The Braves win was not on par with a burning bush talking, for instance.

Or a soy-based salad dressing that tastes remarkably like mayonaise but is in fact “salad dressing.”

    (Miracle Whip.)

There was absolutely no nutritional value in the Braves’ victory, for instance.

Well, I guess my Braves religion can finally start with a bang. If only their miracles were actually something that could be a benefit to general society. Oh well, I dont think that matters that much to most Braves fans…

    Wait, slow down, ryc30078!

Was that an ever-so-subtle, veiled swipe at the Braves’ pitching staff?

This level of cerebral humor is clearly over my head. It’s sort of like the Calculus of sports commentary…
