The SportsHernia Podcast — 8/3/11

The SportsHernia Podcast returns for the second time in it's ill-fated comeback tour, tackling hard hitting topics like the horrendous NFL analyst overpopulation crisis, as well as the most recent sportswriter cliches.

Things get creepy though as Hernia scribe White Crunch explains the concept of the "Booty Net", before the staff plays a round of the newly created game: "Soccer Player or Male Pornstar?"

Feast on it…

You have a podcast? I’ll listen to it tomorrow. Right now, I’m ensconced in music and brown liquor, so I’m not currently able. But I’ll for sure give it a listen tomorrow. Hopefully, you don’t sound like a unich like a certain ‘Big Lead’ we know.

Cool a Podcast, and great call on the NFL Analyst overpopulation analyst lol.

No it’s not just you on the fuckin’ analysts on ESPN, but hey what other sport is there really for ratings in the US? Don’t say baseball just because you live in the Northeast either.

LOL I listened to a few minutes of the Podcast and already good. Linda Cohn and DVD on TV, but the Hernia is missing already. Haynesworth! Twitter on the can! LOL! Anyone else secretly hoping something bad, but not over the top, happens to Schefter so that he is out for weeks? As in something like a horrible growth on his face so that he can’t be on air?

Great West Coast addition to the podcast crew too. :) This Podcast is long, long overdue.

TV show on Versus or FX (please don’t go on lame-ass Spike) next?

Lot’s of stuff happened, but I was just talking about his comically high voice.

ESPN has an NFL Analyst overpopulation and now about as much sucky-ass content as ever given its social engineering and other agendae. ESPN is like the modern USA Today of sports and still going on as the bunch of clueless fucks they are in Bristol. Hey let’s start out Sports Center talking baseball! Fifteen minutes too!

Now consider the NBC Sports Network, making way better out of awful Versus as belonged to shitty Comcast, putting on two shows about football on Thursday and Friday night on top of whatever you can watch on the NFL Network.

On Thursday and Friday night, if you are not watching sitcoms or some movie or otherwise out, are you going to watch those shows or watch some lame college football or high school game or crap on ESPN2?

Meanwhile ESPN2 has a show of four guys in lounge chairs talking a whole lot and relegates The NFL Matchup with arrogant Merrill Hoge to early Sunday morning.

They have more important programming to promote of course for sake of their college football ties (i.e. in bed with Miami until the scandal, new SEC schedule, et cetera), the WNBA, dumb shows all about the Yankees and Red Sox, the NBA that no one gives a shit about any more, and cheesy variety like Sports Nation and whatever else that is not the NFL or even really sports but rather spentatainment.
