Where are they now? The Brothers Hurley

Today's dose (actually might be our first) of "Where Are They Now" stars Jersey City's own Bobby and Danny Hurley.  They are both tag teaming the coaching duties (technically the younger Danny is the head coach) at URHigh (editors note: one of us went there).  The above video is a local cable commercial to get Peter Griffin types to make the drive into dreary Kingston to catch the 3-7 Runnin' Rams.  Hopefully the Brothers Hurley do a better job at URI than they did with that glue factorrrrrr … Horse Farm.

That chica was cute. Those Hurley bros are a couple of mutants, though.

Ah there you go — local homer and bojack marketing. They would not do it if it did not work. It’s not just in the South or Midwest you see. What a bunch of cornballs they all are too.

Paolo – be careful with that ‘Cornball’ word. Might get you suspended.

The sarcasm is duly noted Hernia, but of course I mean they are corny not whatever that dude Parker was talking about in case anyone else is reading and itching to throw the penalty flag. 😀 In fact I never heard the word in my life until last week!

“Peter Griffin types” – have any stories or examples? How common now? That was hilarious.
