ESPN’s Super Bowl coverage was very ESPN

ESPN's 9-man panel

This is obviously a little dated as it's from Super Bowl week in New Orleans, but we couldn't let this whimsical moment pass by without chiming in since it's basically one of our very first "stories" truly coming to life.  Below is the photoshopped version from 2006.  Whoever said dreams don't come true was full of Beef-A-Rino.

Thanks for being so ESPN, ESPN.

Dang, that’s a lot of dudes in directors’ chairs. What silliness.

    Hernia, you’re a visionary.

Stuart Scott, Keyshawn, and at this point also Ditka all have to go.

There is better talent out there than those three has-beens with Scott on this set but not even a former player or coach.

It looks like they left Herman Edwards off that set too and good move there.

I don’t know what takes them so long to shuffle things up at ESPN when they are not working. What a bunch of typical East Coast stiffs, fucks, and douchebags amongst their executives on “The Mother Ship.”

NBC Sports Network has only begun to kick their asses and further The Mission as inspired by our friends at Deadspin and of course by the TBL Godfather of yesteryear.

Hernia you know as a Made Man you are doing well so keep at it!

I’m actually glad that ESPN is the one who covered the Super Bowl. I’m happy that they keep the fans updated with behind-the-scenes and exclusive photos and videos throughout the week.

And you sir are obviously some internet hack or shill for ESPN. As if no other network does that too and ESPN is soooooo exclusive please …often I will agree with you when they are in fact, as is also often, exclusively full of shit on an given topic like Tebow, the NY Jets, the NBA, Danica, Sports Nation, and so forth that they hype up.
